Information provided through Calendly

Our website links to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you schedule a meeting, Calendly may collect and provide us with:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Email addresses of any guests you add

  • Your selected meeting date and time

  • Information you voluntarily provide in the meeting-preparation field

The scheduling form is hosted by Calendly and is also subject to Calendly’s own privacy notice and terms.

Please do not include medical information, insurance claim information, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information in the Calendly meeting-preparation field.

2. How We Use Information

We may use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website

We do not currently use website information to send newsletters or promotional marketing emails.

3. Analytics and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect technical and usage information. Our current configuration includes the following:

  • Google Signals is disabled

  • Advertising personalization is disabled in all regions

  • User-provided data collection is disabled

  • User-ID is not implemented

  • Enhanced conversions are not used

  • Remarketing and advertising-audience features are not currently used

Google Analytics enhanced measurement is enabled for page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, site search, video engagement, file downloads, and form interactions. These events are collected only when the relevant activity or feature exists and is used.

Our current Google Analytics settings retain certain event-level data for two months and certain user-level data for up to 14 months. The user-data retention period may reset when a visitor returns and generates new activity. Aggregated reporting information may remain available under Google’s own policies and settings.

Framer Analytics

Our website is hosted using Framer. Framer provides built-in website analytics that may measure information such as:

  • Unique visitors

  • Page views

  • Popular pages

  • Traffic sources

Framer’s built-in analytics is designed to operate without traditional analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Framer may use limited technical information, such as temporarily processed IP-address and device information, to calculate aggregate visitor statistics.

Calendly

Calendly processes scheduling information when a visitor chooses to book a meeting. Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies according to its own privacy notice and cookie settings.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website and conduct business, including:

  • Google, for website analytics and tag management

  • Framer, for website hosting and aggregate website analytics

  • Calendly, for meeting scheduling

  • Professional advisers, contractors, or vendors that assist us with legal, security, technical, or business operations

  • Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law

  • A purchaser, successor, or other participant in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

We do not currently use personal information collected through the website for remarketing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies and Your Choices

Google Analytics and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website or scheduling functions.

Our website does not currently provide a Curant.ai cookie-preference tool.

Traditional browser “Do Not Track” signals do not have a universally accepted technical standard, and our website does not currently respond to them.

We have not deliberately implemented support for Global Privacy Control or another browser-based universal opt-out signal. Because the website does not currently use targeted advertising, remarketing, or advertising personalization, there is presently no targeted-advertising activity to opt out of through the website.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including website analytics, meeting scheduling, business communications, security, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.

Retention periods may vary depending on:

  • The type of information

  • The service through which it was collected

  • Whether an ongoing business relationship exists

  • Legal and contractual obligations

  • Security and dispute-resolution needs

Google Analytics retention settings are described in Section 3. Information submitted through Calendly may also be retained according to Calendly’s settings, our business-record needs, and Calendly’s own policies.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to certain personal information we maintain about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain information

  • Obtain a copy of certain information

Visitors from Canada may have privacy rights under applicable federal or provincial privacy laws. Canadian visitors may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information under our control or to ask questions about our privacy practices.

Our website and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly and LinkedIn.

We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of independent third parties. You should review their privacy notices before providing information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our website, service providers, business practices, or legal requirements.
