2. How We Use Information

We do not currently use website information to send newsletters or promotional marketing emails.
3. Analytics and Tracking Technologies
Curant.ai Cookie Consent Tool
We use our own first-party cookie consent tool to provide the cookie banner, manage visitor preferences, and remember consent choices.
The tool allows visitors to accept, reject, or customize optional technologies. Analytics and advertising tags are controlled according to the choices made through the preference tool.
The tool stores a necessary first-party consent record in the visitor’s browser for up to 12 months. Visitors may later change or withdraw their choices through the Cookie Settings control.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to collect technical and usage information when a visitor permits analytics cookies. Our current configuration includes the following:
- Google Signals is disabled
- Advertising personalization is disabled in all regions
- User-provided data collection is disabled
- User-ID is not implemented
- Enhanced conversions are not used
- Google remarketing and advertising-audience features are not currently used
Google Analytics enhanced measurement is enabled for page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, site search, video engagement, file downloads, and form interactions. We may also collect custom events associated with clicks on demo, conference, press-release, and other calls to action.
The Google Analytics tag, analytics events, cookies, and identifiers are enabled only after the visitor grants Analytics consent. Before a visitor makes a choice, or when Analytics is denied, the Google Analytics tag remains blocked.
Our current Google Analytics settings retain certain event-level data for two months and certain user-level data for up to 14 months. The user-data retention period may reset when a visitor returns and generates new activity. Aggregated reporting information may remain available under Google’s own policies and settings.
LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag when a visitor grants consent for advertising cookies.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag may help us:
- Measure interactions with LinkedIn advertising
- Understand whether visitors take certain actions after viewing or clicking a LinkedIn advertisement
- Evaluate advertising and campaign performance
- Attribute demo-link and conference-meeting-link clicks to LinkedIn campaigns
- Produce aggregate reporting about website visitors and campaign activity
We currently use event-specific LinkedIn conversion tracking for actions such as:
- Clicking a demo call to action
- Clicking an ITC or Confluence conference-meeting link
These conversions measure link clicks and do not necessarily mean that a meeting was scheduled or completed.
LinkedIn supports event-specific conversion tracking for actions such as button clicks. The LinkedIn Insight Tag may also support conversion reporting, website audiences, and other advertising features, although Curant.ai’s current implementation is intended for campaign measurement and conversion attribution.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag is blocked unless the visitor enables the Advertising category through our cookie preference tool.
We do not install the LinkedIn Insight Tag within customer platforms, claims systems, medical-information systems, account-management portals, or other pages intended to collect or contain sensitive personal information.
Calendly
Calendly processes scheduling information when a visitor chooses to book a meeting. Calendly may use cookies and similar technologies according to its own privacy notice and cookie settings.
Calendly operates as an independent third-party service after a visitor follows a scheduling link from our website.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our website and conduct business, including:
- Google, for website analytics and tag management
- LinkedIn, for advertising measurement and conversion attribution when the visitor has granted the applicable consent
- Calendly, for meeting scheduling
- Professional advisers, contractors, or vendors that assist us with legal, security, technical, or business operations
- Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law
- A purchaser, successor, or other participant in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising measurement and conversion attribution only when a visitor grants consent for advertising cookies.
We do not currently use Google Analytics information for remarketing or advertising personalization. We also do not currently use the website to activate LinkedIn website-retargeting audiences. If our practices change, we may update this policy and our cookie controls as appropriate.
5. Cookies and Your Choices
Google Analytics, LinkedIn, our first-party consent tool, and Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies.
Google Analytics cookies and full analytics event collection are permitted only when a visitor grants consent for Analytics cookies. Limited cookieless Consent Mode pings may occur while analytics storage is denied.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag and related conversion events are permitted only when a visitor grants consent for Advertisement cookies.
Our consent tool uses necessary first-party storage to remember the visitor’s cookie preferences.
Calendly may use cookies when a visitor follows a link to Calendly’s scheduling service. Calendly’s use of cookies is governed by its own privacy notice and cookie controls.
You may accept, reject, or customize optional cookies when you first visit our website.
You may later change or withdraw your choices by selecting Cookie Settings below.
You may also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website or scheduling functions.
Rejecting Analytics cookies prevents analytics storage and full consent-controlled Google Analytics event collection. Limited cookieless Consent Mode pings may still occur.
Rejecting Advertisement cookies prevents the LinkedIn Insight Tag and LinkedIn conversion-tracking tags from operating.
We have not separately implemented support for Global Privacy Control or another browser-based universal opt-out signal. You may nevertheless prevent our optional analytics and advertising tags from operating by rejecting the relevant categories through Cookie Settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including website analytics, advertising measurement, meeting scheduling, business communications, security, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.
Retention periods may vary depending on:
- The type of information
- The service through which it was collected
- Whether an ongoing business relationship exists
- Legal and contractual obligations
- Security and dispute-resolution needs
Google Analytics retention settings are described in Section 3.
Our first-party consent cookie retains the visitor’s current choice for up to 12 months unless it is changed or deleted sooner.
LinkedIn may retain and process advertising and conversion information according to its own privacy policies, advertising terms, account settings, and applicable law.
Information submitted through Calendly may be retained according to Calendly’s settings, our business-record needs, and Calendly’s own policies.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to certain personal information we maintain about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of certain information
- Obtain a copy of certain information
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Object to or restrict certain uses of information
- Submit a complaint to an applicable privacy regulator
You may withdraw or change cookie consent through the Cookie Settings control in Section 5.
You may also manage certain advertising-data preferences through your LinkedIn account settings.
To submit a privacy request, email contact@curant.ai with the subject line Privacy Request.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be exempt from access, correction, or deletion where permitted or required by law.
9. Canada and International Visitors
Curant.ai markets its services to businesses in the United States and Canada.
Visitors from Canada may have privacy rights under applicable federal or provincial privacy laws. Canadian visitors may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information under our control or to ask questions about our privacy practices.
Our website and service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Calendly, LinkedIn, conference websites, media resources, and social-media platforms.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of independent third parties. You should review their privacy notices before providing information.
Following a link to a third-party website may allow that third party to collect information independently from Curant.ai.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our website, service providers, business practices, tracking technologies, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through an additional website notice where appropriate.
